You can request permanent deletion of your Sportbook account and all associated data — profile information, team memberships, and match history — at any time.
How to request deletion
- 1Email us from the address associated with your account.
- 2Include your full name and the organization you're registered under, if applicable.
- 3We'll confirm your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
Match records that also involve other organizations or players (e.g. shared fixtures, recorded match events) may be retained in anonymized form for the integrity of historical results, even after your personal account data is deleted.
